摘要
为研究骨料对水泥基板材性能的影响,采用Andreasen方程级配公式计算出骨料级配,分析了骨料级配对水泥基板材力学性能、吸水率、孔隙率及孔隙结构的影响。结果表明:Andreasen级配n值在0.40~0.46范围内,水泥基板材具有较低的吸水率和孔隙率,板材结构致密;同时,水泥基板材具有较高的力学性能,抗弯强度最高可达14.75MPa。且不同骨料级配影响水泥基板材的装饰性。
In order to analyze the influences of aggregate gradation on the properties of cement based plate, the Andreasen equation was used to calculate the aggregate gradation, and the quantitative experiments were carried out to obtain the mechanical properties, water absorption, porosity and pore structure of cement based plate with different aggregate gradations. It is shown that the cement based plates have low water absorption and porosity but compact structure when the n value of Andreasen gradation is within the range of 0.40-0.46. Meanwhile, relative high mechanical properties are obtained, as the maximum flexural strength up to 14.75 MPa. On the other hand, it is also found that the alteration of aggregate gradation also makes different on the decoration of cement based plates.
