摘要
随着城市规模的不断扩大,为解决城市发展的空间需求,人们开始对地下空间进行开发利用。珠三角地区由于地下水位较高,地下建(构)筑物往往需要在基础底板设置抗浮措施以抵抗地下水的浮力。本文针对广州某自来水加压站的实际建造情况,介绍了该工程地下清水池抗浮锚杆的设计方案、施工工艺以及施工过程质量控制的操作要点,并对锚杆抗拔承载力进行了检测,检测结果满足相关规范和设计要求,可为类似工程提供参考。
With the continuous expansion of the urban scale, the underground space is being developed and uti-lized gradually in order to satisfy the space demand for urban development. Due to the high groundwater level in the Pearl River Delta, anti-floating measures are required on the base floor of the underground structures(buildings)to balance the groundwater buoyancy. Regarding to the actual construction conditions of a tap water pressurization station in Guangzhou, the design scheme, construction technology and operational points of the quality control of the anti-floating anchors for the underground clear water tank are introduced in this paper. And the uplift bearing ca-pacity of the anchors is tested, which is demonstrated to meet relevant specifications and design requirements.
