摘要
目的对广东省桶装饮用水中铜绿假单胞菌污染情况进行监测分析,构建广东省水源性铜绿假单胞菌种质资源库及药敏风险评估数据库。方法根据GB 19298-2014《食品安全国家标准包装饮用水》,对广东省20个城市进行桶装水中铜绿假单胞菌的专项污染调查,并采用Kirby-Bauer纸片扩散法对81株分离株进行药敏实验。结果 758份样品中共81份样品检出铜绿假单胞菌,铜绿假单胞菌总检出率为10.7%,81份阳性样品中有51份样品铜绿假单胞菌的污染水平在1~100 CFU/250 m L;81株分离株对四环素(tetracycline,TE)、米诺环素(minocycline,MH)、磺胺甲基异恶唑/甲氧苄氨嘧啶(sulphamethoxazole with trimethoprim,SXT)的耐药率分别为18.5%、60.5%、91.4%,对另外13种抗生素的敏感性几乎100%。81株分离株中多重耐药菌株18株。结论本研究初步构建了广东地域性铜绿假单胞菌种质资源库及水源性铜绿假单胞菌药敏风险评估数据库,从中发现本次污染调查的水源性铜绿假单胞菌污染率为10.7%,且对四环素类和磺胺类抗生素具有较强抗性,建议相关监管部门进一步增强桶装饮用水食品安全监管。
Objective To detect and analyze the Pseudomonas aeruginosa in barreled water in Guangdong province, and establish the strain library and risk assessment database of drug sensitivity of water-borne Pseudomonas aeruginosa in Guangdong province. Methods The contamination state of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in barreled water from 20 cities in Guangdong province was investigated and the antibiotic resistance of the isolates was surveyed by GB 19298-2014 National food safety standard Packaged drinking water, and drug susceptibility tests of 81 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were detected by Kirby-Bauer paper dispersion method. Results The pollution rate of barreled water was 10.7% and the contamination levels of 51 positive samples were less than 100 CFU/250 mL. The susceptibility test showed that the resistant detective rates of 81 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to tetracycline (TE), minocycline (MH), and sulphamethoxazole with trimethoprim (SXT) were 18.5%, 60.5%, and 91.4%, respectively. While the susceptible detective rates to the other 13 kinds of antibiotics were almost 100%. Totally 18 strains of 81 Pseudomonas aeruginosa were multi-resistant isolates. Conclusion This study has preliminarily constructed the strain library and risk assessment database of drug sensitivity of water-borne Pseudomonas aeruginosa in Guangdong province. It is found that the pollution rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa is 10.7%, and it has strong resistance to tetracycline and sulfonamides. It is suggested that the relevant regulatory authorities should further enhance the safety supervision of the barreled drinking water food.
