我国公用事业监管的法治路径

公用事业是指基于公共利益考虑而为民众提供所必需的产品和服务的产业,主要包括通信、电力、自来水、天然气等,事关民生福祉和社会和谐稳定。目前,我国公用事业的监管虽有较大进步,但仍存在法制不完备、监管体系不健全、群众满意度不高等问题,因此,政府必须树立"以人民为中心"的思想,在全面深化改革的宏观背景下,从健全法律制度、优化监管职能等法治路径入手,不断完善法治监管体系,推进公用事业建设,以增进民生福祉。

They mainly include communications, electricity, running water, and natural gas that have a bearing on people＇s well-being and social harmony and stability At present, although rapid progress has been made in the supervision of public utilities in our country, there are still problems such as imperfect legal systems, deficient supervision systems, and low levels of people＇s satisfaction. Therefore, the government must stay ＂people-centered＂, and under the general background of comprehensively deepening reform, start with efforts to build a sound legal system, optimize supervision functions and other rule-of-law paths, constantly improve the law-based regulatory system, and promote the development of public utilities, so as to promote the wellbeing of the people.
