Formulation design and quality analysis of SY-488 rubber shoes foxing

以SY-488胶鞋围条配方设计为例,介绍了生胶体系、老化体系、软化增塑体系、填充补强体系、硫化剂促进体系及着色剂体系等原材料的选择要求。针对SY-488胶鞋质量问题,探析了围条胶料塑混炼对围条成型质量、乳胶围条浆的黏度对围条附着力的影响。通过分析得出,胶鞋围条的配方设计及塑混炼工艺、成型工艺、围条胶浆浓度对围条质量均有较大影响,需要严格控制。

Selection requirements of raw materials in raw rubber system, anti-aging system, softening plasticizing system, filling reinforcing system, vulcanizing agent promotion system, colorant system and so on were introduced and analyzed by taking the formulation design of SY-488 rubber shoes foxing as an example. The influence of the foxing rubber and plastic molding on the foxing quality, and the effect of viscosity of the latex strip slurry on the adhesion of the strip were analyzed aiming at the quality problems of SY-488 shoes. The results indicate that the formula design of rubber shoes foxing, the plastics mixing process, molding process and the concentration of the foxing mucilage all have great influence on the clualitv of the rubber shoes foxing and need to be strictly controlled.
