为贯彻落实党的十九大关於深化机构改革的决策部署，十九届中央委员会第三次全体会议研究了深化党和国家机构改革问题，作出如下决定。

In order to implement the decision planning adopted at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China （CPC）, the Third Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee discussed issues concerning deepening the reform of Party and State institutions, and made the following decisions.
