焊接工艺评定标准NB/T 47014与ISO 15614-1的对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Welding Process Evaluation in Standard NB/T 47014 and ISO 15614: 1

为了使焊接工程技术人员能对焊接工艺评定标准ISO 15614-1:2004和NB/T 47014—2011(即原JB 4708)有很好的区分和运用。文章通过对国内现阶段承压设备制造行业所采用的焊接工艺评定标准NB/T 47014—2011与国际焊接工艺评定标准ISO 15614-1:2004进行对比分析,重点介绍两个标准的应用条件、对焊工资格要求、对焊件尺寸要求及试验内容等,得出不同的焊接工艺评定标准所要求事项是有所差异的。此对比能为承压设备制造企业的焊接技术人员在标准选择及运用上提供参考与借鉴。

In order to have a good distinction and application of the welding process evaluation standard ISO 15614-1： 2004 and NB/T 47014： 2011（ i.e., the original JB 4708） for the welding engineering and technical personnel, with the comparative analysis of this two standards which are currently used by domestic pressure equipment manufacturing industry, this paper mainly introduces the application conditions, qualification requirements for welders, size requirements for weldments and test contents of the two standards. It is found that the requirements of different welding process evaluation standards are different, which can provide reference on the selection and application of standards for welding technicians in pressure equipment manufacturing enterprises.
