核电用SA508 Gr.3钢RT_(NDT)试验研究分析

摘要 对核电一级承压设备用钢SA508 Gr.3按ASME和ASTM的相关标准进行落锤和夏比冲击试验,并详细阐述了试验要求和试验过程,确定了试验用材料表层和心部部位的RT_(NDT)值。通过系列温度夏比冲击试验得出KV2-T曲线图,探讨了KV_2-T曲线与T_(NDT)的关系,指出KV_2-T曲线对指导落锤试验的意义。最后利用试验数据对有关断裂韧性预测公式进行了对比分析,为核电用钢种的质量控制和检验检测提供参考依据。 According to ASME and ASTM related standards, drop-weight test and Charpy impact test was conduct on SA508 Gr.3 for nuclear power equipment with class 1 components, and the requirement and process of the test were expounded, RT_(NDT) for surface and center layer of SA508 Gr.3 was determined. The KV_2-T curve was obtained through a series of temperature for Charpy impact tests, and the relationship between the KV_2-T curve and T_(NDT) was discussed, which pointed out the significance of the KV_2-T curve to the drop-weight test. Lastly, several kinds of fracture toughness prediction formula were compared with the obtained experimental data, which provided references for the quality control and inspection of the steel for nuclear power equipment.
