摘要
介绍了目前汽车用大容积液化天然气气瓶(以下简称大容积车用LNG气瓶)的振动试验方法及评定标准;对其在振动试验中常见的失效案例进行了汇总和分析;对其抗振设计及制造工艺优化提供了参考性意见。
The vibration test method and evaluation criteria for the large volume of liquefied natural gas cylinders for vehicle(hereinafter referred to as the large volume LNG cylinders for vehicle) is introduced. The common failure cases of the large volume LNG cylinders for vehicle during the vibration test are summarized and analyzed. The reference opinions for the anti-vibration design and manufacturing process optimization are provided.
