摘要
合理设置的电梯顶部空间在预防事故、降低电梯冲顶造成的危害等方面发挥着重要作用。近期,内蒙古质监局组织全区14家特种设备检验机构,对电梯顶部空间检验进行了能力比对试验。通过比对发现,该项目的检验结果存在普遍偏离,影响检验结果的因素各异。本文分析了比对中发现的共性问题,探讨了优化顶部空间检验内容和方法的必要性,研究了提高顶部空间检验质量的改进措施。
Reasonably designed top space of a lift plays an important role in preventing accidents and reducing hazards caused by collision with lift shaft. Recently, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Bureau of Technical Supervision organized 14 inspection institutions for special equipment to carry out capacity comparison inspection regarding the inspection of lift top space. As the result shown by the comparison, deviation exists in the inspection results which are impacted by various factors. This paper analyzes common problems found in the comparison, discusses the necessity to optimize the items and method of top space inspection, and studies measures to improve the quality of top space inspection.
