摘要 为了提高巡检作业效率,实现全方位的宏观检验,提出一种基于无人机的特种设备和危化品储存容器巡检方法。通过设计合理的飞行方案,操控无人飞行器对特种设备和危化品储存容器进行巡检,根据拍摄结果可以对设备的运行安全状况进行检查。应用结果表明,无人机通过搭载可见光相机和红外热成像相机,不仅可实现全方位的目视检查,还可有效发现温度异常、介质泄漏、火灾烟雾等问题,为夜间巡检和人工巡检提供强有力的辅助和补充。 A patrol inspection method of special equipment and hazardous chemicals storage vessel using UAV(unmanned aerial vehicle) was proposed in order to improve the operation efficiency and realize the omni-bearing visual inspection. The patrol inspection program with UAV was built and the safety status information about the special equipment and hazardous chemicals storage vessels was obtained from the UAV system. The application results showed that the UAV equipped with visible light camera and infrared thermal imaging camera, not only can realize the full range visual inspection, but also can effectively find abnormal temperature distribution, medium leakage, fire smoke and other issues, the method proposed provides assistance and complement for patrol inspection at night and manual patrol inspection.
