摘要
为加强与欧洲标准委员会/铁路应用技术委员会(CEN/TC 256)的合作,将欧洲已发布的铁路应用标准在更短的时间内转化为国际标准化组织(ISO)标准,国际标准化组织/铁路应用技术委员会(ISO/TC 269)推出迁徙政策(Migration Strategy)。为了更准确理解迁徙政策,详细介绍该政策的由来、内容和初步实施情况,并在此基础上分析迁徙政策对中国铁路标准国际化工作的影响以及相应的对策。
To enhance the cooperation with CEN/TC 256 and transform the railway application standards that havebeen issued in Europe into ISO standards in a shorter time,ISO/TC 269 has introduced the Migration Strategy. Tobetter understand the Migration Strategy,the article gives a detailed description of the origin,contents and prelimi-nary implementation of this policy. Based on this,it also analyzes the influence of the Migration Strategy on interna-tionalizing GB railway standards and corresponding countermeasures.
