Exploration of Improving Technical Standard Applicability of Railway Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises

针对目前铁路装备制造企业技术标准存在较多无应用记录的现状,中车南京浦镇车辆有限公司在对企业技术标准开展调查分析的基础上,配合管理制度,以规范标准立项过程、强化标准实施要求、开展标准化知识培训为重点,制定实施了一系列标准制修订制度、措施,使标准数据库得到优化,有效提高了企业技术标准的适用性,更好地发挥了标准在产品研发过程中的指导作用。

With a view to the status quo that many railway equipment manufacturing enterprises have no applicationrecords on technical standards,CRRC Nanjing Puzhen Co.,Ltd. based on investigations and analysis conducted toenterprises′ technical standards,in combination of control systems,focusing on standardizing the project initiationprocess,strengthening the standard implementation requirements and conducting knowledge trainings on standard-ization,has developed and carried out a series of standard development revision systems and measures to optimizethe standard database,effectively improve the applicability of enterprises′ technical standards and better play theguiding role of standards in product research and development.
