The article summarizes the effects that China Railway Chengdu Group Co.,Ltd. has achieved in vigorous-ly promoting the specialized construction management of railway lines since the establishment of the ConstructionManagement Office in 2014,in view of improving the railway line construction management system,improving spe-cialized construction management level of railway line,make an in-depth exploration on approaches to manage con-struction informationization and other aspects.
