摘要
废弃兔毛是一种重要、廉价的角蛋白资源之一,具有极高的研究利用价值。采用还原C法从兔毛纤维中提取角蛋白,并对制备方法进行了优化。在最佳提取条件:兔毛、尿素和亚硫酸氢钠的质量比为1:20:10,反应温度为95℃,反应时间为4h时,溶解液通过透析、冷冻干燥后,得到的角蛋白产率为58.43%。
Abandoned rabbit hair is one of the important and cheap keratin resources,with a high research value.The keratin was extracted from rabbit hair by reduction C method. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the mass ratio of rabbit hair, urea and sodium bisulfite was 1:20:10,the reaction temperature was 95 ℃,The reactiontime is 4 h, the solution through dialysis,freeze-drying, the keratin yield was 58.43%.
