摘要
NOx是造成大气污染的主要污染物之一,在哈尔滨锅炉厂有限责任公司10MW煤粉燃烧综合模拟试验台,进行烟煤空气分级燃烧试验,试验研究了燃尽风高度和主燃区过量空气系数对NOx排放的影响。结果表明:分级燃烧能够有效降低NOx排放,随着燃尽风位置的提高趋势明显,最高可达40%,兼顾炉膛出口温度和固体未完全燃烧损失后得出该煤种的最佳燃尽风高度。同时研究主燃区过量空气系数对NOx排放的影响,为该烟煤在工程上的燃尽风高度和比例的设计提供理论依据。
NOx is one of the major pollutant cased atmospheric contamination. Our company took the air staging combustion test using bituminous on 10 MW combustion synthesis simulation test bed to research the effect of the height of over fire air and excess air coefficient in main combustion zone. The result indicates that staging combustion can reduce NOx emission efficiently. With the rising of over fire air location,NOx emission can reduce 40 % maximum. In consideration of furnace outlet temperature and solid imperfect combustion loss,optimal over fire air height was concluded. At the same time,we also research the effect of excess air coefficient in main combustion zone,provide the theory evidence on designing the height and proportion of over fire air for bituminous firing project.
