农地整理后期不同管护方式的满意度及其影响因素研究--基于滁州市土地整理项目的实证分析

A Study on the Influence Factors of Farmers' Satisfaction Degree during Land Consolidation Final Management——An Empirical Analysis on Land Consolidation Project in Chuzhou

通过对安徽滁州土地整治后期管护的问卷调查,运用Ordered Probit模型分析了村委会管护、农户承包管护、专业合作社管护三种不同管护方式下农户满意度及其影响因素。研究表明,农户对土地整治后期管护的满意度是合作社管护模式下最高,其次是农户承包管护模式,村委会管护模式农户的满意度最低。显著影响土地整治后期管护农户满意度的因素主要表现为承包耕地面积、农业收入占家庭收入比、后期管护宣传强度、维修及时性、损毁程度、管护资金投入度和管护方式,而农户的个体特征对农户满意度没有显著影响。在不同管护模式下,土地整治后期管护农户满意度的影响因素存在差异。

Through the questionnaire survey on management and protection in the later stage of land remediation in Chuzhou,Anhui Province,the Ordered Probit model is used to analyze the satisfaction degree of farmer and impact factors under the three different management methods：village committee management,individual contract management, and professional cooperative management and protection.The research showed that farmers＇ satisfaction with management and protection in the later stage of land remediation is the highest under the model of cooperative management and protection,followed by the mode of contracted management of farmers,and the satisfaction of villagers in the management mode of village committees is the lowest.The factors that significantly affected the satisfaction of farmer households in the later stages of land remediation were mainly contracted arable land area,agricultural income as a percentage of household income,propaganda intensity of management and protection in the later period,maintenance timeliness,degree of damage,investment in management and conservation funds,and management methods.The individual characteristics of farmers have no significant effect on farmers＇ satisfaction.Under different modes of management and protection,there are differences in the factors affecting the satisfaction of farmers in the later stage of land remediation.
