闭链运动对脑卒中患者下肢运动及平衡功能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨闭链运动(CKC)对脑卒中患者下肢运动及平衡功能的影响。方法选择脑卒中下肢运动障碍后遗症患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组予以Bobath技术进行康复训练,观察组予以闭链运动进行康复训练。采用简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法(FMA)中下肢功能评分部分进行评价,采用改良的Ashworth评分量表(MAS)进行肌张力评定,采用Motricity指数中下肢肌力积分(MI-L)评定下肢肌力;另采用Berg平衡量表(BBS)进行平衡功能评定。结果治疗后两组患者FMA、MI-L评分均较治疗前显著升高,且观察组患者治疗后升高程度较对照组显著;治疗后两组患者MAS评分均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组更显著(P<0.01);治疗后两组患者BBS评分均较治疗前显著升高,且观察组更显著(P<0.01)。结论闭链运动可显著改善脑卒中患者下肢运动障碍,并促进其平衡功能的恢复。
