摘要 基于教育硕士实践性、职业性的目标定位,从生源状况、案例教学困境和成功经验出发,构建了基于"原创案例"的做、研、编、学四位一体培养模式。把"原创案例"的发现、研究、编写和教学四个环节融为一体,使得教育硕士的学习、实践、研究过程紧密结合,相互促进。并通过建立激励政策、加强实践基地建设和把课堂拓展到中小学等措施促进实施效果。通过该模式探索体会到高校的教育理论研究者也具有实践使命,可以通过"原创案例"的做、研、编、学,从遵循理论逻辑到关注实践现实,适应学术语言和描述语言的转换,适应高校与中小学的文化差异,清醒看待理想与现实的冲突。 Based on the practical and professional goal orientation for postgraduates majoring in Education,this paper constructs a four-in-one training model of doing,researching,editing and learning which is derived from the situation of students' sources and successful experience. The discovery,research,editing and teaching of "original case"are combined together,so that the process of learning,practice and research of the Master of Education are closely combined and mutually promoted. And through the establishment of incentive policy,reinforcement of the construction of practice base and expansion of the classroom to primary and secondary schools,so as to promote the implementation of the effect. Through this model,we can find out the researchers of educational theory in colleges and universities also have practical missions,which can be done through "original cases". From following the theoretical logic to the practical reality,adapting to the transformation of academic language and description language,adapting to the cultural differences between the university and the middle school,these can soberly look at the conflicts between ideal and reality.
