摘要 大学生核心竞争力是以个人专长为核心的素质、知识、能力等方面的综合体,指大学生理应具备的、能够适应社会发展和终身发展需要的关键能力。经过缜密的文本资料整理与归纳,厘清大学生核心竞争力的构成要素,构建由健全的人格魅力、学习能力、创新能力、实践能力、社会适应力与健康的心理素质组成的大学生核心竞争力6维概念模型图。通过专家调查法,进一步实证检验和筛选大学生核心竞争力构成的共识性要素,提出完善高校教育工作,培养大学生核心竞争力的相关建议:重塑教育理念,改革人才培养模式;深化教育教学融合,培养学生全面发展;加强第二课堂平台建设,提高大学生核心竞争力。 College students' core competitiveness is synthesized of various aspects of their personal specialties such as the core of quality,knowledge,ability and so on,which means the college students should foster it in order to the needs of social development and lifelong development. Based on the thorough compilation and analysis of literature and text data,the research draws out the major factors of college students' core competitiveness to build a six-dimensional-model diagram of college students' core competence made up by the sound personality,learning ability,innovation ability,practice ability,social adaptability and healthy psychological quality. After empirical test with the expert investigation method,this paper screens the consensus elements of the core competence of college students. Thus,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve college educational works and cultivate the core competence of college students: to reshape the education idea,to reform the personnel training mode; to further deepen education and teaching,to cultivate students all-round development;to strengthen the construction of the second classroom platform,to improve university students' core competitiveness.
