高职院校教学模式改革同质化的成因与突破路径 被引量:4

摘要 审视当今高职院校教学模式改革的发展趋势,出现了信息技术引领教学理念,使改革陷入功利化误区;忽视教学主体差异,形成教学模式改革路径依赖;漠视教学有效性,造成一尺量千课的局面等诸多同质化表征与共性问题。究其原因,与高职教学改革内生动力不足、育人功能不完善、办学资源配置不合理、缺乏效能诊断以及忽视改革主体差异性等息息相关。因此,进行课堂革命、加强对教学模式的诊断与改进、创建科学评价体系以及建构理论与实践紧密结合的开放性教学体系等,是高职教学模式走出同质化误区的可行路径。 Examining the trend of the reform in teaching modes of higher vocational colleges today,the author found out that the emergence of information technology guiding the teaching philosophy and thus leading the reform to the errors of utilitarianism; ignoring the differences in teaching subjects and forming a teaching mode dependent on the reform path; ignoring the effectiveness of teaching and thereby creating a stereotyped situation and many other homogeneous characterization and problems. The reason is closely linked with the lack of endogenous motivation in higher vocational education reform,the imperfect educational function,the irrational allocation of resources for running schools,the lack of effectiveness diagnosis and neglect of reform subjects. Therefore,the call for classroom revolution,strengthening the diagnosis and improvement of teaching mode,creating a scientific evaluation system construction theory,as well as constructing an open teaching system closely integrated with practice,is the possible way out of the homogeneity misunderstanding of the teaching modes in higher vocational education.
