医教协同下中医学实习生综合素质培养实践探讨

Practice of TCM Interns' Comprehensive Quality Training under Medical Education Synergy

毕业实习是中医学本科教育的关键环节,是实习生思想行为习惯的又一重要重构期。在此阶段,实习生应该重在综合素质教育,才能帮助和促进其知识、能力、素质的协调发展。我院从道德态度、人文情感、临床思维、临证能力、自学能力等五大方面构建实习生综合素质培养体系,促进实习生全面发展,在培养实践中效果显著。

The graduation internship is a key point of TCM undergraduate education,also an important reconstructive period of interns＇ mental and behavior habits.During this period of time,interns should pay more attention to education of the comprehensive quality,in order to help and improve the coordinated development of knowledge,ability and personal quality.Our hospital considers five aspects,which are moral attitudes,humanistic sensibility,clinical thinking,clinical practice and selflearning ability,in order to build the interns＇ comprehensive quality developing system,improving the all-round development,which achieved a satisfactory result in practice.
