Exploration and Reflection on Medical Humanities Education in the United States

通过对美国医学人文教育的发展现状及特点进行归纳总结,从四个方面深入剖析:全球医学模式变革引导下的医学人文教育新理念及专业性和人文性高度结合的培养目标;具有系统性、序贯性和类型多样化的医学人文课程设置;并以有效的医学人文教学方式实施教学,注重实践性和参与性;以及多样化的医学人文教学综合性考核评价方式,意图借鉴美国先进医学人文教育经验,引发对我国医学人文教育现状的反思,从而推动我国医学人文教育改革。

The educational concept of humanities should be promoted in higher medical education against the background of modern medical development.This paper intends to invoke our reflections on current medical humanities education in China through exploration of the advanced education experience in the United States,including four aspects：the educational concept and target of medical humanities education;the features of American medical humanistic curriculum system;the teaching approaches of American medical humanities education;and the assessment ways of medical humanities education.
