摘要 在建筑节能改造中,工矿企业既有住宅占比明显,特别是在寒冷地区,其保温与节能问题突出。文章通过对长庆燕鸽湖居住区保温与节能现状的调研,主要针对外围护结构保温改造不充分和住宅照明系统落后的问题进行初步分析,提出寒冷地区工矿企业既有住宅采暖期降低热损耗与照明节能的改造策略。 During the energy-saving building reconstruction, the proportion of existing residences in industrial and mining enterprises is pretty high, especially in cold areas, the issues such as thermal insulation and energy-saving are serious. The article investigated the current situation of thermal insulation and energy saving in the Yange Lake Residential Area in Changqing City; mainly and preliminarily analyzed the problems such as inadequate thermal insulation transformation of external enclosure and the backward residential lighting system; and proposed the heat loss-reducing, lighting and energy-saving transformation strategies for existing residences in the industrial and mining enterprises in cold areas during the heating period.
