摘要
针对时域电磁发射电路发射电流的关断时间长,线性度差等问题,提出采用钳位电压源建立时域发射电路模型,在发射电流关断沿期间,将负载钳位于恒定的电压源,钳位电压小于设定值时开关断开电容充电,钳位电压大于设定值时开关导通电容放电。分析了该时域电路的工作机理,设计了发射电路参数。仿真结果表明,该时域发射电路发射双极性脉冲波在电流输出阶段电流稳定,端口参数变化时,快速关断能力强,线性度良好,输出功率较大,可应用于时域电磁探测发射样机。
For time domain electromagnetic launch circuit current shut off time is long,linear degree is not high. Proposed using time-domain launch of clamping voltage source circuit design,During the emission current shut off along the pliers will load in a constant voltage source,the clamping voltage is less than the setting,the switch is off,capacitance charging clamping voltage is greater than the set value when switching current discharge capacity. analyzes the working mechanism,design the circuit model. The simulation results show that the launch circuit bipolar pulse wave in stable phase current,output current port parameters change,quick shutoff ability,good linearity,the output power is larger,can be used in time domain electromagnetic detection transmitter.
