多功能触控式足部穴位脉冲治疗靴的设计及临床应用

摘要 目的探讨一种多功能触控式足部穴位脉冲治疗靴的设计及临床应用。方法选择患者64例,按照入院时间的先后分为观察组和对照组各32例,单号为观察组(使用多功能触控式足部穴位脉冲治疗靴),双号为对照组(常规的预防模式)。对使用1、2、3个月后的两组患者进行临床效果观察并数据统计分析。结果对照组关节僵硬、肌肉挛缩、静脉血栓发生均高于观察组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05);满意度统计观察组高于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论通过应用多功能触控式足部穴位脉冲治疗靴,小腿肌肉得到充分的按摩,预防肌肉萎缩和静脉血栓,确保肌肉及下肢关节的正常功能,有效的预防了足下垂,为患者下地行走提供可行的基础,提升患者的生活质量,解决患者及家属的后顾之忧,为整体社会医疗事业起到了积极地推动作用。 Objective To design and evaluate the clinical application of a multi-functional touch-controlled foot pulse treatment boot. Methods Sixty-four cases of patients were chosen according to the time of admission to perform the experiment, which had been divided into observation group and control group, 32 cases of single number for the observation group(using the multi-function touch the feet meridians pulse therapy boots), double number as the control group(routine preventive mode). Clinical effects were observed and statistical analysis was performed in the two groups after 1, 2 and 3 months. Results The joint stiffness, muscle contracture and venous thrombosis in control group was higher than the observation group, and the difference was signifi cant(P〈0.05). The satisfaction statistical observation group was higher than the control group, and the difference was signifi cant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The calf muscles were fully massaged by applying multifunctional touch foot acupoints pulse treatment of boots, which could prevent muscle atrophy and vein thrombosis to ensure the normal function of the muscle and the lower limb joints. It can effectively prevent the foot drop, provide feasible basis for patients walk, improve the quality of life of patients and solve the trouble back at home of the patient and family, which can play an active role in promoting the overall social medical service.
