摘要 目的本文设计一种基于B/S随访模式的脑胶质瘤患者管理系统,用于提高脑胶质瘤个体化诊断和治疗水平。方法该系统采用ASP.NET开发平台,SQL Server数据库和CSS Java Script语言进行开发,设计以随访为中心,综合采集自然信息、临床信息、影像学信息、病理信息、手术信息、辅助治疗信息和随访信息的脑胶质瘤患者管理系统,实现数据的录入修改、查询统计功能,最终建立一套符合脑胶质瘤标准规范的患者数据集。结果本系统利用临床数据进行测试,界面设计简洁友好,随时随地都可以通过浏览器进行快速访问和有效的数据管理。结论通过本系统的开发,既满足了医院专业科室对于脑胶质瘤患者信息的管理需求,同时也推动脑胶质瘤疾病治疗的研究。 Objective To improve the individualized diagnosis and treatment level of glioma, a management system for glioma patients based on B/S follow-up mode was designed. Methods This system was developed based on the center of follow-up, a ASP.NET development platform, SQL Server database and CSS Java Script language. It had the function of data entry modification and query statistics by collecting natural information, clinical information, imaging information, pathological information, surgical information, auxiliary treatment information and follow-up information. Finally, a set of patient data sets conforming to the standard of glioma was established. Results This system used clinical data to test, and the interface design was simple and friendly. Users could achieve fast access and efficient management of data through the browser. Conclusion Through the development of this system, the management needs of the information of patients with glioma in the professional department of hospital are met, and the research on the treatment of glioma is also promoted.
