摘要
为选择一套适合医院现有业务发展情况、满足信息化部门长期运营、运营风险较小的信息系统。通过对医院现有业务的调研、对厂商的调研和对厂商产品进行测试,为业务科室上报项目提供预算和参数,让招标过程变得可控。通过对项目的前期调研最大限度的减少项目未来的实施风险,为医院业务部门和信息化科室未来的项目招标提供一条可靠、安全和可控的调研之路。
In order to select a set of information system which is suitable for the development of the existing business of the hospital, and to meet the long-term operation of the information sector, the operation of small risk, the budget and parameters were provided for business department through the investigation of the existing business of the hospital, the investigation of the manufacturer and the testing of the manufacturer’s products, which made the tender process manageable. Through the preliminary investigation of the project, the future implementation risk of the project will be minimized, so as to provide a reliable, safe and controllable research way for the future project bidding of hospital business department and information technology department.
