摘要
为了解独立C型低温液舱蒸发的相关规律,提出将低温液舱绝热维护系统及舱内低温流体相变耦合计算的方法。以某独立C型物理样舱为例,考虑绝热层、鞍座、内壳及管路、舱内低温流体等计算区域,以液氮为工质,利用Fluent软件进行数值仿真分析,并与物理实验结果进行对比验证,得到独立C型低温液舱温度场、压力场、流场等分布规律。
In order to study the evaporation characteristics law of type C independent cryogenic tank,the way of calculating the insulation maintenance system of the cryogenic tank coupled with the phase change inside the cryogenic tank was presented.Type C independent cryogenic tank was numerically simulated in the Fluent with the medium of liquefied nitrogen and its vapor,considering thermal insulation layer,saddle,inner shell and pipeline system,internal fluid area. The results were compared and verified by the cryogenic experiment,which reveal the distribution of the temperature field,pressure field,flow field of the type C independent cryogenic tank.
