摘要
为给船员和码头工人提供安全的绑扎作业环境、确保集装箱安全系固和降低坠海风险,以《货物堆装和系固安全实用规则》(CSS Code)最新修正案MSC.1/Circ.1352/Rev.1生效后首批建造的9 400 TEU集装箱船绑扎桥为例,对该通函相关技术要求和现场检验关注事项进行解读和总结。对国内船厂更好地执行通函要求,不断提高超大型集装箱船的建造质量,给出技术提示。
In order to provide safe lashing operation environment for crew and dockers,ensure safe lashing and reduce the risk of containers crashed into the sea,taking the lashing bridges on the first batch of 9 400 TEU container ship as an example,built after the latest amendments: MSC. 1/Circ. 1352/Rev. 1 to CSS Code( the code of safe practice for cargo stowage and securing) came into force,technical requirements related to the amend meets and on-site surveying concerns were analyzed and summarized. Some technical tips were put forward to help domestic shipyards implement the latest amendments well and improve the construction quality of ultra-large container ship.
