摘要
为评估南海某海上单点卸油CALM系统水下管汇各部件强度,用ANSYS软件建立包含管汇结构及管道部件的水下管汇整体有限元模型,给出其有限元分析方法,得到水下管汇在操作工况和极端工况下各部件的应力分布,指出水下管汇强度最薄弱位置。校核结果表明,该水下管汇各部件强度均满足规范要求。
In order to evaluate the strength of the pipe line end manifolds( PLEM) of the catenary anchor leg mooring(CALM) system in the south China sea,the finite element model of the PLEM with the manifold structure and the pipe part was established by ANSYS. The stress distributions of PLEM under operating conditions and extreme conditions were obtained,and the weakest position of PLEM was pointed out. The results showed that the strength of the PLEM meets the specification requirements.
