基于临床医护一体化的“健康评估”课程的教学思考 被引量:2

摘要 随着我国经济的快速发展,人民群众生活水平不断提高,对健康的需求也越来越高,由此,医护一体化新型护理服务模式被临床推广运用。在这种背景下,如何提升高职护理教育质量,满足新型护理人才需求,是值得我们思考的问题。"健康评估"课程是高职护理专业的一门重要的必修课程,被作为典型进行探讨。健康评估能力是现代护士必须具备的核心能力,目前的健康评估教学模式已不能满足现代护理人才的需求。在新型护理服务模式下,如何改进"健康评估"课程教学方法,提升学生独立的健康评估能力,值得教育工作者思考。 With the rapid development of our country's economy and the improvement of people's living standard,people's demand for health is increasingly high,thus,the new nursing care model of physician-nurse collaboration is promoted and used widely. Under this background,how to improve the quality of education in higher vocational nursing and how to meet the needs of new nursing professionals are worthwhile to be considered. The course of Health Assessment is a compulsory course of Higher Vocational Nursing Specialty,which is discussed as a typical. The health assessment ability is the core competence that modern nurses must have,and the current health assessment teaching model can't meet the needs of modern nursing professionals.Under the new model of nursing service,how to improve the teaching method of health assessment and how to improve students' independent health assessment ability are worth thinking for education workers.
