中国银行业商业方法技术创新的策略与路径:基于专利技术/功效的分析

A Study on the Technovation Strategy and Path of Business Method of Chinese Banking Industry:Based on the Perspective of Patent-Technology-Effect

文章采用incoPat平台获取并构建银行业商业方法专利数据库,绘制专利技术/功效矩阵图,分析银行业商业方法技术创新态势。研究发现,近年来,中国银行业商业方法创新成果增长较快,主要应用的领域包括系统优化、资金安全、交易便捷和信息安全,创新活动中的技术手段主要包括数据处理、通讯/数据传输、监控/测试和银行系统。文章认为,不同的银行应当根据所处的技术创新位置,针对性地采取进攻型、跟随型和防御型的技术创新策略以及与之相应的创新路径,提高创新的效率和质量。

The patent information would be searched from inco Pat and the patent database of business method of Chinese banking industry would be constructed, and then, the developing tendency of business method technovation of Chinese banking industry would be investigated from several perspectives based on the matrix figures of patent-technology-effect. It is concluded that the innovation ability and patent protection awareness of domestic bank has increased rapidly in recent years; the main applications of business method of banking industry in China includes system optimization, capital security, transaction convenience and information security, etc., and the technological sector involved mainly are data processing, communication/data transmission,monitor/test and banking system. The different bank should adopt different technovation strategy and corresponding path according to the technovation position of itself,such as offensive,following or defensive.
