双核酸性离子液体脱除模拟油品中的碱性氮化物 被引量:2

摘要 制备了双核酸性离子液体(CH_3)_2C_2H_5N(CH_2)_2NC_2H_5(CH_3)_2·2HSO_4用于脱除模拟油品中的碱性氮化物。研究了水和离子液体用量、反应时间、反应温度、沉降时间等因素对脱氮效果的影响。结果表明,在50g模拟油品中加入1g离子液体及1.5g水,反应温度30℃,反应10min,沉降30min的条件下,碱性氮化物脱除率达到99.00%,重复使用6次后,脱氮效率依然很高。 Binuclear acid ionic liquid(IL)(CH3)2C2H5N(CH2)2NC2H5(CH3)2·2HSO4 was prepared and used to remove basic nitrogen compounds from simulate oil.The effects of IL/water ratio,time,IL/oil ratio,temperature,settling time on N-removal efficiency were investigated.The results showed the efficiency of basic N-extraction remove reached 99.00% under the reaction condition:temperature of 30℃,1∶50(mass ratio)IL∶oil,1∶1.5(mass ratio)IL∶water,reaction time of 10 min and settling time of 30 min.After 6 cycles of the liquid,the efficiency for removing the basic compounds of the agent still stays in a high level.
