摘要 为了降低犊牛饲喂成本,实现科学喂养。以犊牛体重为饲喂依据,以巴氏杀菌奶为饲喂物料,设计了一种犊牛精确给料控制系统。该系统采用了单片机与动态称重相结合的技术方案,能够完成犊牛位置检测、体重信息实时采集、饲喂量的计算及精确供给等作业,解决了现有犊牛饲喂技术的精确控制和精准给料难题。为犊牛精确饲喂装备的研究与发展奠定了基础。对牛犊精确给料控制系统的投料精度进行试验研究,结果表明:系统投料稳定性较好,系统投料精度不低于99.5%。 In order to reduce the cost of feeding calves, to achieve scientific feeding. Based on the body weight of calves as feed,pasteurized milk was used as feeding material, and a precise feed control system for calves was designed. The system used a combination of SCM and dynamic weighing technology solutions to complete the calf position detection, real-time weight information collection, feeding and calculation of accurate supply and other operations to solve the existing calf feeding technology, precise control And precise feeding problems. This laid the foundation for the research and development of calf precise feeding equipment. The precision of feed control system for calves was tested. The results show that the feeding stability of the system is good and the feeding accuracy of the system is no less than 99.5%.
