侵犯动机理论视野下的校园霸凌防控

School bullying prevention and control in the view of the theory of aggressive motivation

摘要 校园霸凌现象大多发生在中小学校园里,当前这种现象在我国青少年群体中可谓是层出不穷,特别是女生间的霸凌现象正在以一种逐年递增的趋势发展。校园霸凌已经成为影响社会和谐,家庭和睦,校园安全的重要因素之一。明确校园霸凌行为的概念,根据社会心理学中侵犯动机的相关理论,探讨侵犯动机理论对预防中小学校园霸凌行为的启示作用,对预防中小学校园霸凌事件有重要意义。 Campus bullying mostly occurs in primary and middle school campuses. Currently, this phenomenon can be described as an endless stream in China’s youth groups. Especially the phenomenon of bullying between girls is developing with an increasing trend year by year.Campus bullying has become one of the important factors that affect social harmony, family harmony, and campus security. The concept of campus bullying behavior is defined. Based on the relevant theories of inciting motives in social psychology, the inspirational theory of incitement motivation is used to prevent the bullying behavior of primary and middle school students, and it is of great significance to prevent campus bullying in primary and secondary schools.
