摘要
运用文献资料法等分析了2000年1月以来,我国健身运动中关于运动负荷、运动强度的研究现状。研究结果显示,运动负荷强度过低,则达不到最佳的健身效果,而中等强度的健身运动负荷最为科学,能够取得最优的健身效果,但目前在健身运动领域关于运动负荷、强度等方面的研究还比较少。随着时代的不断发展,工作节奏的不断加快,人们越来越注重自身的健康,健身运动已逐渐成为减轻身心压力、增强体质的主要方式。但只有在适量的运动负荷强度下进行的运动才是最有益身心健康的。
The research status of sports load and movement intensity in China's fitness movement since January 2000 is analyzed by using the method of literature and data. The results show that exercise intensity is too low, and fitness effect is poor. Only moderate intensity exercise load is the most scientific and can achieve the best fitness effect. However, at present, there are few researches on exercise load and intensity in fitness field. With the continuous development of the times and the accelerating pace of work, people living in the modern age pay more and more attention to their health. Fitness exercise has gradually become the main way to relieve physical and mental stress and enhance physical fitness. But only a moderate amount of exercise under the intensity of exercise is the most beneficial physical and mental health, so fitness enthusiasts need to understand this knowledge.
