太极拳在我国学校发展的SWOT分析与对策研究

Research on SWOT Analysis and Countermeasures of Tai Chi's Development in China's School

运用SWOT分析法、文献资料法、观察法,对太极拳在我国学校发展中的优势、劣势、机会以及威胁4个维度进行系统研究分析,把握太极拳在我国学校发展的特点和规律,掌握太极拳在我国学校发展所面临的问题,同时,根据太极拳在我国学校发展过程中存在的内部因素:优势、劣势,外部因素:机会、威胁,利用矩阵分析,对内部、外部因素按轻重及影响程度等进行排序的方式,交叉结合分析,并提出相应对策:(1)(S-O)组合对策:发挥优势,扩大我国学校太极拳队伍;(2)(W-O)组合对策:继续挖掘整理和推广太极拳的文化内涵,提升太极拳在青少年学生中的认识能力;(3)(S-T)组合对策:a、建立层次有别的大型学校太极拳赛事,b、加大课时比重;(4)(W-T)组合对策:加强太极拳教师的培养。

It is use the SWOT analysis, literature and observation methods to analyze the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats of Tai Chi in the development of China＇s School, grasp the characteristics and laws of the development of Tai Chi, in-depth understanding the problems of Tai chi faced in China＇s School. At the same time, according to the internal factors of the development of Tai Chi： strengths and weakness, external factors： opportunities and threats, using the matrix analysis, according to the severity and impact of internal and external factors, cross-analysis, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, research shows that： 1） the strengths is the opportunity（S-O）：seize the opportunity of our country to attach importance to the national traditional culture, and actively develop the Tai Chi team; 2） take the opportunity to resist the weakness（W-O）： continue to dig up and promote the cultural connotation of Tai Chi,enhance the cognitive ability of Tai Chi in young students; 3） use the strengths defense threat（S-T）： a, the establishment of different levels of large-scale school Tai Chi competition,b, increase the proportion of class; 4） make up for the weakness of reducing threat（W-T）： strengthen the training of high-quality Tai Chi teacher.
