摘要
本文旨在研究日粮添加不同水平木寡糖对蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质、营养物质消化率和血清生化的影响。试验选取健康、产蛋率相近的27周龄海兰褐蛋鸡900只,随机分成6组,每组5个重复,每个重复30只。基础日粮为玉米-豆粕型日粮,试验日粮分别在基础日粮中添加0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4和0.5 g/kg木寡糖,预饲期1周,试验期8周。结果显示:不同木寡糖添加水平对蛋鸡的产蛋性能无显著影响(P>0.05)。试验第4周,随着木寡糖添加水平的升高,蛋壳厚度与木寡糖添加水平呈现显著二次曲线关系(P<0.05),蛋壳相对重量与木寡糖添加水平呈现显著线性关系(P<0.05);试验第8周,蛋壳厚度和蛋壳相对重量与日粮木寡糖水平呈现显著的线性关系(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,日粮添加0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4和0.5 g/kg木寡糖显著提高了蛋壳厚度和蛋壳相对重量(P<0.05)。日粮添加木寡糖显著提高钙的表观消化率(P<0.05),且随着木寡糖添加水平的升高而显著升高(P<0.05)。随着日粮木寡糖添加水平的增加,血清胆固醇含量、极低密度脂蛋白水平呈现显著的线性增加(P<0.05)。同时,血清谷丙转氨酶和高密度脂蛋白水平随日粮木寡糖水平的升高而显著降低(P<0.05)。结果表明,在本试验条件下,日粮添加木寡糖可以提高蛋壳厚度和蛋壳相对重量,同时提高钙的表观消化率,降低血清谷丙转氨酶、胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白和极低密度脂蛋白的水平。
The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary levels of xylooigosaccharides on laying performance,egg quality,nutrient digestibility and serum biochemistry parameters in laying hens. A total of 900 Hy-Line laying hens,27-week-old,were randomly allocated into the 6 dietary treatments with 5 replicates of 30 birds. The control diet was corn-soybean meal basal diet,while the trial diets were supplementation of 0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5 g/kg xylooigosaccharides into the basal diets. The main trial period lasted for 9 week,including 1 week adaptation period. Results showed that no signifi cant difference was observed in the laying performance among treatments(P〉0.05). In the fourth week of the experiment,with the increase in dietary oxyooligosaccharides concentration,the eggshell thickness increased quadratically(P〈0.05),and the eggshell relative weight increased linearly(P〈0.05). In the eighth week of the experiment,the addition of dietary oxyooligosaccharides to the laying hens result in a linear increase(P〈0.05)in eggshell thickness and eggshell relative weight. Compared with the control group,dietary levels of oxyooligosaccharide signifi cantly increased the eggshell thickness and relative eggshell weight(P〈0.05). The oxyooligosaccharide supplementation significantly increased the apparent digestibility of the calcium(P〈0.05). The serum cholesterol and very low density lipoprotein(VLDL)levels decreased linearly(P〈0.05)with increasing concentration of oxyooligosaccharide in the diets. In addition,the serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase(GPT)and high density lipoprotein levels of the laying hens decreased(P〈0.05)with increasing concentration of oxyooligosaccharide. In conclusion,different dietary levels of oxyooligosaccharide can improve the eggshell thickness,eggshell relative weight and digestibility of calcium,and reduced the serum GPT,cholesterol,high density lipioprotein,and VLDL levels during the laying peak.
