The Application and Progress of Regression Discontinuity Design in Health Economic Research

文章主要梳理了断点回归设计(RDD)的起源、基本思想、模型和使用步骤,回顾了其在国际卫生领域的应用,对比了断点回归方法与其他因果推断方法在研究卫生经济领域问题的优点与不足,并展望了其在我国卫生经济领域未来的应用前景,为断点回归设计的方法在我国卫生经济领域的应用提供基础支持。

It made a brief introduction of the origin, basic idea, model and application progress of regression discontinuity design（RDD）. It reviewed the application of RDD in heahh economic research, made comparison on the advantages and disadvantages between RDD and other causal inference methods, forecasted the application future of Chinese health economics, so as to provide support for the applie：ation of RDD in the health economic research in China.
