摘要
实行院长年薪制目标薪酬考评,是建立符合医疗行业特点人事薪酬制度的一项重要内容,是深化医药卫生体制改革的一项重要工作,也是加快建立现代医院管理制度的一个重要突破口。文章介绍了医院实行院长年薪制目标薪酬考评一年来的主要做法和体会,以期为探索优化医院绩效考核与薪酬分配体系提供一个良好的参考。
Implementing the target salary evaluation of hospital director salary was an important content of personnel compensation system meeting the characteristics of medical industry, an important work for deepening medical and health system reform and an important breakout for speeding up the establishment of modern hospital management system. It introduced the main methods and experiences of performing the annual salary system goal for the hospital directors since the salary evaluation conducted, so as to provide a better reference for exploring and optimizing the hospital performance evaluation and salary allocation system.
