摘要
文章通过对卫生项目复核评价模型的应用研究,提出了以逻辑维度和环境维度为基础的要素评价思路、路径和具体步骤,为卫生项目评价实施提供了新的视角和方法。
Through the practical research about composite evaluation model of health projects, it proposed new insights, pathways and detailed implementation procedures for factor evaluation based on logical dimension and environmental dimension, so as to provide new views and methods for the implementation of health project evaluation.
