加味五子衍宗丸对肝硬化血清蛋白指标的影响

Influence of modified Wuzi yanzong pill on serum protein indicators of liver cirrhosis

目的观察加味五子衍宗丸口服治疗肝硬化失代偿患者,观察其对肝硬化失代偿患者治疗前后血清蛋白的影响。方法将66例酒精性肝硬化失代偿患者随机分组,治疗组予以加味五子衍宗丸口服,疗程为2年,设立空白对照组,比较2年后两组酒精性肝硬化失代偿患者治疗前后血清蛋白指标变化情况。结果酒精性肝硬化失代偿患者治疗组治疗前后血清白蛋白(A)分别为(23.60±1.78)g/L vs(31.02±1.83)g/L,差异有统计学意义(t=1.485,P<0.05);血清球蛋白(G)分别为(45.60±1.28)g/L vs(36.02±1.96)g/L,差异有统计学意义(t=2.152,P<0.05);A/G比例分别为(0.52±0.04)vs(0.86±0.02),差异有统计学意义(t=1.956,P<0.05)。而对照组血清蛋白A、G、A/G比例值治疗前后差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加味五子衍宗丸可以显著提高肝硬化失代偿患者的血清白蛋白,降低血清球蛋白,逆转A/G比例。

Objective To observe the effect of modified Wuzi Yanzong pill on decompensated cirrhosis,and to observe its influence on serum protein in patients with decompensated cirrhosis before and after treatment. Methods 66 patients with decompensated alcoholic cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with modified Wuzi Yanzong pill for 2 years,and a blank control group was established.The changes of serum protein levels in two groups of patients with alcoholic cirrhosis decompensation were compared after 2 years. Results Serum albumin（A） in the treatment group of patients with alcoholic cirrhosis decompensated before and after treatment was（23.60±1.78） g/L vs（31.02±1.83）g/L,the difference was statistically significant（t=1.485,P〈0.05）.Serum globulin（G） was（45.60±1.28） g/L vs（36.02±1.96）g/L respectively,and the difference was statistically significant（t=2.152,P〈0.05）.The A/G ratio was（0.52±0.04） vs（0.86±0.02） respectively,and the difference was statistically significant（t=1.956,P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in serum protein A,G and A/G between the control group before and after treatment（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Modified Wuzi Yanzong pill can significantly increase serum albumin,reduce serum globulin and reverse the ratio of A/G in decompensated cirrhosis patients.
