颈部推拿配合超激光星状神经节照射治疗颈源性头晕31例

Neck massage combined with super laser stellate ganglion irradiation in treatment of 31 cases of cervical dizziness

目的探析颈部推拿配合超激光星状神经节照射治疗颈源性头晕的临床效果。方法选取于我院住院的62例颈源性头晕患者为研究对象,随机分组,每组31例。对照组行颈部推拿治疗,观察组增加超激光星状神经节照射治疗,对比临床疗效。结果观察组的临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);经治疗后,观察组患者的头晕、颈肩痛、头痛症状积分均明显优于对照组。结论在颈源性头晕的临床治疗上,采用颈部推拿配合超激光星状神经节照射的疗法可提升总体治疗效果,是一种颇为理想的治疗方法,值得推广和应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of cervical massage combined with super laser stellate ganglion irradiation in the treatment of cervical dizziness. Methods Sixty-two cases of cervical dizziness in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,31 cases each group.The patients of control group were treated with neck massage,while the patients of observation group were treated with neck massage combined with super laser stellate ganglion irradiation.The clinical effect of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the dizziness,neck and shoulder pain and headache symptoms in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of neck source dizziness,the treatment of cervical massage combined with superlaser stellate ganglion can improve the overall therapeutic effect.It is an ideal treatment method,which is worth popularizing and applying.
