医用卫生湿巾对提升重症监护病房物体表面的消毒效果、使用依从性的临床价值研究

Clinical value of medical sanitary wipes on improving disinfection efficacy and use compliance of ICU on body surface

目的分析医用卫生湿巾运用在ICU物体表面消毒的效果和使用依从性。方法 2016年1月~2017年1月,选取我院ICU286张床位,将其分为甲、乙、丙三组,医用卫生湿巾为甲组消毒方式,含氯消毒剂浸泡的毛巾为乙组消毒方式,为丙组消毒工作人员同时提供医用卫生湿巾与含氯消毒剂浸泡的毛巾以供其选择,对比三组消毒效果与使用依从性。结果甲组床单位控制器、电脑键盘、呼吸机、输液泵、处置车以及床头桌等物体表面消毒ATP差值显著大于乙组,P<0.05;甲组应消毒次数为1866次,实际消毒次数为1470次,使用依从性为78.78%;乙组应消毒次数为2018次,实际消毒次数为850次,使用依从性为42.12%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);丙组一共消毒1826次,其中有1672次使用了卫生湿巾,所占比例为91.57%,154次使用了含氯消毒剂浸泡的毛巾,所占比例为8.43%,两组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组护理人员每天配制消毒剂所需时间为(22.28±3.25)min,每天对消毒之后的毛巾进行清洗所需时间为(15.68±3.98)min,而甲组护理人员不需要花费任何时间。结论医用卫生湿巾运用在ICU物体表面消毒的效果显著,能够将消毒人员使用依从性提高,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and compliance of medical sanitary wipes on improving disinfection of ICU on body surface. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017, 286 beds of ICU in our hospital were selected,and all them were divided into three groups A,B and C.Group A disinfection method was medical sanitary napkins,group B disinfectant was a towel soaked with chlorinated disinfectant,and group C disinfection workers provide medical sanitary napkins and chlorine containing disinfectant soaked towels at the same time for their choice.The effect of disinfection and the compliance of the three groups were compared. Results The difference of ATP disinfection on the surface of unit controller of bed,computer keyboard,respirator,infusion pump,disposal car and bedside table was significantly greater than those of group B,（P〈0.05）;The number of disinfection should be 1866 times of A group,the actual disinfection frequency was 1470 times,and the compliance was 78.78%,the number of disinfection should be 2018 times of B group,the actual disinfection frequency was 850 times,and the compliance was 42.12%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Group C disinfectant 1826 times,of which 1672 times the use of sanitary napkins,the proportion of 91.57%,154 times the use of chlorine disinfectant soaked towels,the proportion of 8.43%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The time required of group B nurses to prepare disinfectants per day was（22.28±3.25）min,and the time required to clean the towels after disinfection was（15.68±3.98）min every day,while the group A nursing staff did not take any time. Conclusion The use of medical sanitary wipes is effective on disinfection of ICU surfaces,which can improve the compliance of disinfection personnel and is worthy of promotion.
