依达拉奉在治疗高血压脑出血手术患者中的临床疗效

The curative effect of edaravin in the treatment of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的研究依达拉奉在治疗高血压脑出血手术患者中的临床疗效。方法选取我院的高血压脑出血手术患者42例,随机分为观察组和对照组各21例。两组患者在临床资料情况方面的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。分别采用常规疗法和依达拉奉注射液治疗,为期28天。记录比较治疗前后格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)评分、临床神经功能缺损程度评分、日常生活能力量表(ADL)及临床疗效变化情况。结果观察组治疗后格拉斯哥昏迷评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在神经功能缺损评分、日常生活量表(ADL)、临床疗效效果方面显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉在治疗高血压脑出血手术患者中的临床效果较好,有助于促进脑出血患者的神经功能康复、降低患者昏迷程度,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Edaravone in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Forty-two patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group（n=21） and control group（n=21）.There was no significant difference in clinical data between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Routine therapy and Edaravone injection were used for 28 days.The scores of Glasgow coma scale（Glasgow coma scale）,the degree of neurological deficit, Daily living capacity scale（ADL） and the clinical curative effect were recorded before and after treatment. Results The Glasgow coma scale of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group after treatment（P〈0.05）.The neurological deficit score and ADL, Clinical effect were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of Edaravone in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients is good,which is helpful to promote the recovery of neurological function,reduce the coma degree,improve the quality of life of the patients,and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
