综合性情景模拟演练在辅助生殖护理人员岗位培训中的应用体会

Experience on the application of comprehensive scenario simulation exercise in post training of assisted reproductive nursing personnel

目的探讨综合性情景模拟演练在辅助生殖护理人员培训中的应用效果。方法入选2015年6月~2016年6月在本生殖中心接受体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF)的159例患者作为研究对象,其中2015年6~12月实施助孕周期治疗的87例患者设为对照组,2016年1~6月治疗的72例患者设为观察组。对照组患者的护理人员接受常规的岗位护理和教育模式训练,观察组患者的护理人员接受综合性情景模拟演练,记录助孕患者对辅助生殖各环节相关内容的掌握情况及护理满意度。结果观察组患者对初诊环节、检查环节、治疗环节、扳机(夜针)环节、取卵取精环节、移植环节、黄体支持环节、失败人群心理安慰环节等相关内容的掌握程度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,观察组患者的护理满意度(97.22%)显著高于对照组(88.51%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性情景模拟演练应用于生殖中心护理岗位培训,有助于提高患者满意度及护士的诊疗能力,减少患者就诊过程中的疑虑和增加患者信任感,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive scenario simulation exercises in post training of assisted reproductive nursing personnel. Methods From June 2015 to June 2016,159 patients undergoing IVF in this reproductive center were selected as study subjects.From June to December of 2015,87 patients who were treated with assisted pregnancy cycle were set up as control group and 72 patients who were treated from January to June 2016 as observation group.The nursing staff in the control group received routine training in post nursing and education,while the nursing staff in the observation group received a comprehensive scenario simulation exercise.The knowledge and nursing satisfaction of the patients with assisted reproduction on all aspects of assisted reproduction were recorded. Results The patients in the observation group had a higher degree of mastery of the first visit,examination,treatm ent,trigger（night-acupuncture）,egg extraction,transplantation,luteal support,and psychological comfort of the failed group than the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Meanwhile,the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group（97.22%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（88.51%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive scenario simulation exercises used in reproductive center nursing job training,can improve patient satisfaction and nurses ability of diagnosis and treatment,reduce misgivings and increase patients＇ trust in the process of to the patient,is worthy of popularization and application.
