摘要
目的研究阿奇霉素加布地奈德雾化吸入治疗肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的治疗效果。方法以我院2015年1月~2017年6月收治的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿80例作为观察研究对象,随机分为单纯阿奇霉素治疗的对照组(n=40)以及阿奇霉素联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗的观察组(n=40),统计分析两组患儿治疗效果。结果 (1)观察组患儿咳嗽消失时间(6.3±1.6)d、退热时间(3.8±0.5)d、肺部啰音消失时间(4.7±0.9)d、住院时间(7.5±1.7)d均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)经统计分析,观察组患者治疗的总有效率高达95.0%,显著高于对照组的77.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素加布地奈德雾化吸入治疗肺炎支原体肺炎的临床应用效果良好,可有效改善患儿临床症状。
Objective To study the effect of aerosol inhalation of azithromycin plus budesonide on children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Methods From January 2015 to June 2017,80 cases of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were treated in our hospital.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:the control group treated with azithromycin 40) and the observation group treated with azithromycin combined with budesonide atomization inhalation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results(1)the time of cough disappearance,antipyretic time,lung rale disappearance time and hospitalization time in the observation group were(6.3±1.6),(3.8±0.5),(4.7±0.9) and(7.5±1.7)days,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05).(2)by statistical analysis,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was as high as 95.0%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.5%,P〈0.05). Conclusion The incidence of mycoplasma pneumonia in children are relatively high,the use of azithromycin sequential therapy combined with budesonide inhalation can significantly improve the symptoms.
