摘要
目的探讨免费孕前优生检查对新生儿的影响。方法 2016年5月~2017年7月,选取石岩街道计划怀孕夫妇,按照是否参与免费孕前优生检查分为检查组和未检查组,检查组100对,未检查组100对,共200对,比较两组新生儿缺陷情况。结果 (1)检查组妊娠相关知识知晓率(93.0%)显著优于未检查组(77.0%)(P<0.05)。(2)检查组生殖道感染19例,感染率19.0%;未检查组生殖道感染48例,感染率48.0%(P<0.05);检查组孕期流产4例,流产率4.0%;未检查组孕期流产19例,流产率19.0%(P<0.05)。(3)检查组新生儿出生缺陷率2.0%,未检查组新生儿出生缺陷率14.0%(P<0.05)。新生儿缺陷类型主要包括神经管畸形、指趾畸形、小儿先心病、唇腭裂等。结论开展免费孕前优生检查有利于降低新生儿缺陷率,有必要大力推广。
Objective To study the effect of free prenatal prenatal examination on newborns. Methods From May 2016 to July 2017,planned pregnant couples inthe Shiyan area were selected and divided into the checked group and the unchecked group,according to whether they participated in the free prenatal eugenics examination.The checked group and the unchecked group were 100 pairs,with a total of 200 pairs.The neonatal defects in the two groups were compared. Results(1)The awareness rate of pregnancy related knowledge in the checked group(93.0%) was significantly better than that in the unchecked group(77.0%, P〈0.05).(2)There were 19 cases of genital tract infection in the checked group, the infection rate was 19%;There were 48 cases of reproductive tract infection in the unchecked group,the infection rate was 48.0%(P〈0.05).There were 4 cases of abortion in the checked group,the rate of abortion was 4.0%.There were 19 cases of abortion in the unchecked group,the rate of abortion was 19.0%(P〈0.05).(3)The rate of neonatal birth defects in the checked group was 2.0%,and the rate of birth defects in the unchecked group was 14.0%(P〈0.05).The types of neonatal defects mainly included neural tube malformation, finger deformity,congenital heart disease,cleft lip and palate,etc. Conclusion Free prenatal eugenics examination is beneficial to reduce the rate of neonatal defects,and it is necessary to promote it.
