人性化护理对冠状动脉CTA检查的影响

The effect of humanized nursing on CTA examination of coronary artery

目的研究人性化护理对冠状动脉CTA检查的影响。方法选取我院2015年1月~2016年12月收治60例进行冠状动脉CTA检查的患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用人性化护理,比较两组患者的检查成功率和检查过程中两组患者的血压、心率、呼吸和焦虑的情况变化。结果比较两组患者的检查成功率和并发症发生率,研究组均好于对照组(P<0.05);比较两组患者在检查过程血压、心率、呼吸和焦虑的控制情况,研究组对患者的血压、心率、呼吸和焦虑的控制情况好于对照组对照组(P<0.05)。结论在进行冠状动脉CTA检查中,采用人性化护理,不仅能够提高检查成功率,减少并发症的产生,还能良好的控制患者在检查过程中血压、心率、呼吸和焦虑的状态,提高图片成像的质量,值得在临床检查上推广使用。

Objective To study the influence of humanized nursing on coronary artery CTA examination. Methods Sixty patients who were treated with coronary CTA examination in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group. The control group received routine nursing, while the study group received humanized nursing. The success rate of examination and the changes of blood pressure, heart rate, breathing and anxiety in the two groups were compared. Results The success rate and incidence of complications in the study group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The control of blood pressure, heart rate, breathing and anxiety in the study group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the CTA examination of coronary artery, the use of humanistic nursing can not only improve the success rate of examination, reduce the occurrence of complications, but also control the state of blood pressure, heart rate, respiration and anxiety during the examination, and improve the quality of image imaging. It is worth popularizing in clinical examination.
